The Sprint distance: Oklahoma State High School Championship
Olympic Distances: Swim .9mi – Bike 24.9mi – Run 6m
Sprint Distances: Swim 500yd – Bike 16mi – Run 3mi
Super Sprint Distances: Swim 300yd – Bike 8mi – Run 2mi
